Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

In the odd case that you do not love your Jypore Prints products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery date. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page. 
  2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should write an email to usa photo of the damaged product within 48 hoursof receiving your order.  
  3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair. Please make it a point to understand that any products in sale are eligible for returns.
  4. The Jypore Prints team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
  5. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store coupon for your next purchase from Jypore Prints online store, which will be shared within next 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. 
  6. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Jypore Prints team at jyporeprints@gmail.com. 
  7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Jypore Prints.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, or there is an issue in size you should email us at jyporeprints@gmail.com the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

All the purchases will be non-refundable.

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE . 

  1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10% – 20% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  2. Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your exchange request, we will communicate with you to send back the product at shared address in the email.
  3. Exchange is only possible if the requested size and product is in stock.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.



Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
